Rule 24G
Other provisions relating to disputes between Mohi and Landlord
:
(1) Section 26D1 of the Act. Dismissal of petitions under Rule 24b. The process of sub-rule (2) should be completed.
(2) Section 26D2 of the Act without making an application according to sub-rule (1). According to sub-section (1A) of Section 13 of the Act, the invoices of the land acquired and the land earned through the auction are investigated and after matching the invoice details filled by the landowner and the auctioneer, separate invoices are prepared. (4) If the owner of the land has died and there is no right in the name of his rightful owner, if the owner of the land demands that it be converted, the process specified in the Act and these rules must be completed and the conversion is done.
(5) In the event that the owner of the property has died and the owner of the property has not been registered in the name of his rightful owner, if the owner of the land has applied for the deed, if the owner of the dead deed is present and accepted, the deed shall be done accordingly. In the event that it is not accepted in that way, there is section 26 of the Evidence Act. In the case of the land that falls under Mohi's share, if it can be divided, then when the right holder comes to claim the right, the filing will be canceled and the portion should be divided and reserved in the name of the land owner.
(6) In case of deducting land subject to land acquisition according to the Act or according to the provisions of the Act or by the decision of the court, if the acquisition cost is to be deducted, Schedule-16A.
